<li>To enhance healthcare accessibility, ensure parity in service provision and usage, and safeguard the well-being of marginalized communities.</li>
<li>To combat and manage both communicable and non-communicable diseases prevalent in the nation.</li>
<li>To educate and enlighten individuals to encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles and dietary practices.</li>
<li>To foster increased and effective involvement of individuals and communities in the design, execution, and assessment of primary healthcare and public health programs.</li>
<li>To modernize health facilities such as hospitals, primary healthcare centers, laboratories, and all other healthcare institutions at various levels, while interconnecting them through an efficient referral system.</li>
</ol>
